Widow's Week (aka Hunging week)

So Trevor and his family go hunting every year. (for all of you that know me and my no killing or guns... I am slowly getting over it). It's actually really nice beacuse (although they do actually hunt) it's a great time for family that's set out every year. And Trev's grandpa always goes so he gets to spend time with him and everything too. Well, I was going to go with them again this year. (I went last year with my big ol' pregnant belly just for the camping family fun, and then went home once the guns came out), but no other mom's or kids were going so I took the opportunity to go see my mom's family in Southern Utah. Trev drove with us until Scipio and then he went with his family. My best friend from highschool, Mel, came with the boys and I. She was such an amazing help at keeping them occupied and feeding them so we could keep driving. Then she went and stayed with family and Vegas, and I got to spend a few days with my grandparents and other family. My grandma and aunts were awsome and made a mini Thanksgiving dinner just for me being there and we actually got almost the whole family there. Most of them had met the boys yet, so it was a lot of fun! I even got to meet my cousin's new baby! The drive home was pretty long, but we got home safe. And had such a wonderful time seeing family. It really reminded me, again, how important it is to keep up with family. Even if you don't all understand with or agree with all of them (my family's an example... but we all still enjoyed eachother's company and were happy to be a family!) Oh, and for those of you who like killing and guns and yucky dead things... yes, Trevor did get a deer. It was a three point, the biggest he's gotten so far. (I actually even tasted some ribs... but don't like to think about it much!!!) Love you family!

Cameron's done this squinting funny kind of winking thing for awhile, but for some reason everytime my aunt was trying to take a picture of him with her son Easton, he did it... so it's officially the 'Cheese Smile'!
There's horses all over by my grandparent's house. So we went out and my grandpa handed us apples from his tree so the boys could experience feeding a horse! (Owen loved it!)

This is us with my cousins Troy (Owen was so scared of his dreads), Netta (who's actually my aunt, but the same age as Trevor), her daughter Kensie, and Spencer. I don't know if it's because we're all so close in age, or what... but they are my favorite!!!!

My cute grandma (who I always forget how cute she is when she walks around the house talking to herself and constantly trying to answer her, and then she tells me she's just talking to the cats!) and my amazing grandpa (who I love so much and got to have some awsome quality time where he did what he does best- questions. I love talking deep with him because he always brings up something that I wouldn't have thought of) with the boys.

And of course Trev with the boys (aren't they cute!) This was on the way down when we stopped to pick up Mel and Trev was giving the boys a break from their carseats to help him drive!!!

they are so big! They look like they could have just crawled up to the drivers seat themselves.
