First presents of the year!
Trevor's aunt gave the boys these cute hats! (Notice us holding down their arms to keep them on!)
Trevor and I suddenly entered fantacy dream land and got amazing gifts that we wouldn't have even dreamed to ask for! We were using my drafting table as our kitchen table. It worked fine, but it slants and the boys would do flips over the bar (not planned landings either... on their heads usually). My nanny and aunt were going to buy us this really cute table from Smiths Marketplace. Then my dad found out, and being the hospitibal and kind dad he is, asked us if we wanted his. (later telling us that bachelors don't need kitchen tables... where my little brother suggested they replace it with a pool table). We were thrilled to get it. It's round and solid oak. No sharp corners, and can't be pulled over! I told my mother in law this story, and she eventually told me that they had bought us a table for Christmas... the same one that my nanny and aunt were going to get us! So her and I (under-cover-ing-ly) took back the table and got a new tv stand. (which is what we were going to get with the nanny table fund) We have a huge tv that weighs about 200 pounds on a not very sturdy stand that the boys aren't even allowed to be around in fear of becoming pancakes. So from there I took the money from nanny and put it a card for Trevor.
We are starting a home business turning home videos into nice dvd's with menus and chapters and all that jazz as well as picture slide shows. Our laptop doesn't quiet have the umph to keep up with the few customers we've had so far, so Trevor's been trying to find a good computer cheap. Anyway... I put the money in a card that said, "They say that money doesn't buy happiness... but it may buy a computer! Here's to living our dreams and teaching our kids that it's worth it!" We found a great buy! It's refurbished, but works great so far! Then, my aunt gave us the table fund money and we got a great photo printer too! (which will be really helpful so that I don't have to go to kinkos for every lable for each customer!) CRAZY!!! We also both got great coats and clothes, movies, sunglasses, ornaments, etc, etc. I feel so spoiled and loved! (And also feel like us doing this business must be the right thing to do since everything just keeps working out with it!)
Here's the tree after Santa came!
Here's the boys the Sunday before Christmas in their red and green vests!
Here's the boys doing laps around our new table (long story in the middle of post)
Christmas morning. I love Owen's little 'I'm so cute' face.
Owen LOVED the bows! Santa did a great job putting them on all of the presents! (Cameron just left the bow on his head until one of us took it off!)

Gosh you have the most darling family! We're in Tremonton, but will be leaving or we would hop over to see you. But we should be down in a few weeks so hopefully we can stop by and say hi! Glad to hear your Christmas went well and that you were spoiled rotten! Thats the way its supposed to be!
Sounds like you had a great Christmas. I'm so glad. And I have to say your Christmas card is the best ever. I loved to see those cute crying kids with Santa - that was great.
That is so adorable! I am so glad everything is working out for you guys!!!!!
they are so dang big! I can't believe it! They still look like their baby-selves, but they've morphed into toddler-selves. So adorable.
I'm so so sorry that we didn't get together during the break--we were leaving town in that horrendous snowstorm right when you called and I didn't get to my phone. It took us 4 hours to get to Provo. we should have just spent the night :)
I hope we'll see you in March. (we'll be there again)
