Trevor's sister and her husband have a boat, so we went them to Cuttler on Friday. We've taken the boys one other time... but it was last year, and they were in there car seats, for about 1 minute until they could safely drop me off at a little "beach" with them.
This year they really liked it. They were really bored if the boat wasn't moving, but when it was they did great. Owen almost fell asleep whenever we were moving (partly because of the wind, and partly because he couldn't move at all in his life vest).
But they were both really brave and came tubing with me. I was a little nervous about it, but my brother-in-law, Scott, did so good at driving us really carefully, that it was a lot of fun. Cameron liked it for about 30 seconds, and then he would point to the boat and say, "Daddy!" and sign "All done!" Owen really liked it, until about 5 minutes later and he was almost asleep.
Isn't this an awsome picture? I'd like to say it's me (either wake boarding or photographing, but it's not, it's Trev's sister ((who, by the way just had a baby 4 weeks ago...)) and Trev taking the picture. I actually tried Wake Skating for the first time. It's like wake-boarding, but without any bindings, and the surface of it is like a skate board. It was a lot of fun!!
