Insult to Injury

So right as I published our Valentine's Eve post Trevor text me and said he sprained his ancle pretty bad playing basketball. He was able to drive himself home and a great neighbor followed him and helped me get him in the house. Right as we sat him down another friend (yes, both of which witnessed the sprain happen) pulled up to put on a shoe horse and wrap it up. This picture looks bad... But it does not do it justice. It was the size of a soft ball. 

After a very long night of staying up late timing ice to go on and off and making sure he didn't need more pillows or medicine- we had a crazy busy morning. I'll post all the fun vday stuff next :) but to add insult to injury... I was rushing to get Zach to preschool and ran around the van to help him with his buckle. I slipped and landed face first. I was half way ready... In a skirt but still in slippers :) so my knee got quiet the road rash and is pretty bruised and a little swollen!

Good thing we did some celebrating BEFORE all of this fun!
