"I am 4!... And I am 4 Too! Because we are Twins!"

So I realize it has been over 2 months since Cameron and Owen's birthday... better late than never. It's so funny because everywhere we go Owen tells everybody that he is 4... and Cameron follows with being 4 too... and then Owen, "Because we are twins!" I guess they finally get it all. I really wanted to make it a special day... (next year I might try to spread out the fun a little bit! It was pretty crazy for mom!)

We let them have their first friend party. It took a couple weeks of cleaning out the basement and getting set up... but if they want a camping party, they get a camping party!

A picnic table with all the necessities.
A camp fire (that literally glowed thanks to Trevor).
And of course, two tents.
And a fishing pond. (This is their friend Kaleb checking out the fish)
Kaleb, Ezra, Haven, Ean, and Cole enjoying s'mores - graham crackers with chocolate frosting and marshmallow puff (We first had pigs in a blanket, chips, carrots, and apples) Along with some fun games of things like "Going on a Bear Hunt".

As you can tell, Owen thoroughly enjoyed making (and eating) his s'more just how he wanted it!

It was wonderful to have such fun friends to share their birthday with!
Next was the family party. It was so wonderful to have a whole room chuck full of people that love these amazing boys.

Our bright Nanny bringing smiles to us all.

I loooovvveee this picture of my dad with Zach! (My dad thought everybody was laughing because of how cute he was.... Zach was laughing because he was grinding food into his hair! LOL)

You can't see everybody in this picture, but how wonderful is it to have all this support!

The opening of presents was nothing short of pure chaos. Between keeping it even and taking turns, a very curious younger brother and 4 jealous cousins! During it all Nanny asked me if I ever considered conducting an orchestra!

My mom and Rob got the boys these awesome drawers for all their toys (and spoiling them like grandma's do, a present in each drawer). But Zach thought it was the neatest hiding place and kept stealing the spotlight with his dimple.

And being the mom I am, I let each boy pick their own cake decoration.... I barely had enough time between parties to get them both done. But I was so happy with how they turned out... and in 365 more days, I'll probably give them the same option!

Owen and his pirate ship.

Cameron and his exploding volcano with dinosaurs.

And Zach gave them both a huge stamp of approval!Even though it is crazy, I wouldn't trade a single ounce of it for anything!!!!!

Happy Birthday Sweet Peas!
