July was a great month. It was such an emotional roller coaster as we had just gotten Cameron's celiac diagnosis and were trying to decide if I had it as well, but managed to have a month full of summer!
On July 4th, I ran my first race! We did the Lewiston 10K (6.4 miles). Trevor stayed with me the whole time. We had been working out, but not hardly training in running. It was only the second time I had ran that far. The last mile I pushed, and wished I hadn't, but was so excited when I saw my time of 1:04! Ten minute miles was a great accomplishment for me!
After the race we quickly got ready and went to the Parade and festivities in Layton with family. (the kids were told to frown in the picture to tell our aunt Suzanne we were missing her.)
The next weekend we had a Jackson Family reunion at Trevor's grandparents'. We all brought tents and slept on the grass after a night of eating, playing, and watching "How to Train your Dragon."
The next weekend Trev and I and his brother Ryan, and his 7 year old twins, Dan and Russ, hiked to Mendon Peak. It turned out to be so awesome to do it all together. (What a great bonding time with these kids!) It felt so good to be in shape and actually enjoy the whole thing. At the end I even ran the last 1/2 mile because I felt like I hadn't expounded enough energy!
(This is out of order) But at the 4th Celebration the boys got to see SPIDERMAN! They were seriously excited!
The next weekend we had a Jorgensen Family reunion in Southern Utah. It was so great to see all of my cousins, and to sit and chat with my sweet grandparents!
Then we started getting more ready for fun in the sun with a new shirt and pair of shades! (is it bad that I think these boys are seriously cute?!)
We ended the month with Trev's sister driving in from Iowa! We finally got to meet her newest baby Kash and get all 11 wiggly grand-kids together!
I just realized how many eligible females there's going to have to be to marry all these boys! (yes, there is two sweet girls.... but man this family is good at making boys, and pairs!!!) Dan & Russ 7, Ethan & Parker 3, Cameron & Owen 4, Zach, Lydia & Haley 5, Alex & Kash 0.

Way to go on the 10k!!! That is my next running goal, after I have this baby of course, and you are such an inspiration. :)

Ethan and Hunter are totally jealous your boys got to see Spiderman.
