Full Fledged Summer!!!

Summer is in full swing! And it seems like suddenly there's only a couple weekends left before the boys go back! There's still a long list of fun things I wanted to do with them.... But there's always next summer!

These pictures are backwards as far as chronological order- but here's some phone pictures of what we've been busy doing!

Every Tuesday- moms from my neighborhood meet up at a different park. This week was a swimming party in my great friend Jenny's yard. It was amazing to see how many kids there was between just us moms!

There are babies missing- and this is really just a portion of the fun friends my kids have to play with!!

Our next door neighbor moved - :( I will sooo miss her- but a great new couple moved in and brought their puppy Dixie. They want her to get used to kids.... So Owen headed up that fun responsibility :)

Kayden is officially crawling- and let's be honest- he's a Jackson boy... So crawling means climbing! So it begins!!

My sweet neighbor across the street- Maria- loves my babies. She was so sweet and bought Hannah this cute dress!

Trevor went backpacking in the Wind Rivers with some buddies. He sent me this at the top of a hike :)

I don't totally know how this started, but we were talking about Halloween and I told the kids we could do make up for fun. Cameron wants to be scary- so I think this convinced him to be Dracula.

Hannah has been LOVING all the summer corn!

While Trevor was gone I took my long time friend Cree's girls to the splash park while she got her house ready for a baptism party the next day. Our older kids hasn't played in years and when we left they were all begging to play again- later that day!

That's right- I made homemade. Gluten free. Healthy. Chicken fingers. By myself. And the kids loved them!!!

I am smitten by these sun sets!

While Trev was gone my mom kindly met us at our little zoo.

The birds were talking (really!) and the monkeys performing. We had such a great time hanging out with Oma!

The boys think its so funny how much Kayden likes the remote. (They fail to remember that we bought a bunch from DI when they were this age). So they put it on their heads so Kayden will crawl up them to get it!

My sweet girl is so content! If she's in the same room as me- she's good. Is this how girls always are?! It is amazing!

She just wanted to be in the kitchen when I was making a green smoothie... But then I noticed they're the same size!!!

Once *and only once* I thought it would be helpful to have the older boys feed the babies. They loved it- but the clean up was not worth the help :)

One of my new favorite dinners... Lots of random left overs- corn on the cob, veggies- put in a veggie tray and then on salad or baked potatoes. The kids eat it so good since they get to create their own!

Here's the pack packing crew- Martin, Trevor, and Jon. This is now the third annual year. They missed having Anthony, CJ, and Kimbal. But they managed to hike 28 miles in 42 hours! I'm so thankful to have such good friends- especially that our hubbies get along too!!

And us love birds getting a picture before he left!

Kayden thinks he's so tricky to scoot all the way into the kitchen to find me. We have now put up wheat buckets (that way the kids can get over them too) so that he doesn't choke on crumbs in the kitchen!

Hannah is moving at her own pace with her gross motor skills. She is loving loving loving her new skill of sitting on her own.

Half the clan :)

The week before Trevor left- everybody got sick. Cameron and Zach got croup and the babies were miserable. My favorite way to keep track of what medicine I've given to whom and when: dry erase marker on the bathroom mirror!

While they were sick I pulled out the loved art trays. Kayden really wanted a turn too :)

Despite being sick, Hannah still loves doing the splits ANY CHANCE SHE GETS!

My poor miserable boy :(

I just got called into young women's working with the 16-18 year olds. I am absolutely loving it... And the once a week break I get to go be with the girls. Since the babies were miserable, I told Trevor to give them a super long bath.... It cheered them right up!

We went to the annual Mendon 24th celebration. We were all laying watching the fireworks- all of us somehow on another one of us- and I just felt this rush of grateful ness of the amazing family I have. I love these tiny moments! (And yes- the babies slept through EVERY single enormously loud firework!)

I am trying to remind myself that my big Zach really is still so little. He is soooo sweet!

The babies were thrilled to be hanging out all day while the kids ran around Mendons park.

Cameron for totally soaked at the parade!

Grandma and Grandpa were willing baby holders during the parade.

I can't ever get a picture of it- but Hannah LOVES to play with her toes!

My good friend Ashlee moved a while back- but she came to visit for a few days and it was so fun to catch up with her.

And let the munchkins play!

Owen begs me every day for water balloons- it was the perfect excuse to get them out!

Slowly, but surely, I'm trying to make time to work on me again. My mom even got me some new running clothes!

Kayden started his crawling by going on all fours and then launching himself forward... Very creative!

Being Cameron's art teacher can be interesting- but at the end of every lesson he realizes I'm teaching him something "really cool". He loved our shading lesson!

2 more sweet peas!

And we've even gotten to see the cousins that live in Montana! I couldn't believe how much Hannah looks like Ethan!

Happy Summer! Happy days! Happy life!
