Oma's 32nd Birthday

So.... I have no idea how old my mom really is :) When she turned 29- she stayed 29 until she turned 40. Then when she turned 40 she turned 32. She says she'll never be older than 32.... I'm turning 30 this year. The older boys finally realized this birthday that she must have been just a little girl when I was born! It was so funny trying to explain it to them. (Trevor turns 32 for real this year- they were so confused!)

My awesome Mom and Rob came up and we had a nummy dinner at Noodles & Comp. My mom was showing them clues on a game while we waited for the food.

It was impossible to get everyone looking at me together- but I love these moments when I step back and see how blessed I am!

The boys take after their dad and love to give practical joke gifts. This time it was wrapping paper all folder up and taped with nothing in it! I love how hard Cameron is laughing!

Because her birthday is just a couple weeks after Christmas- we finally had time to finish the Christmas ornaments we made her. We turned foot prints into reindeer- they were soooo cute!

Rob gave my mom some beautiful pendants- and Owen was so cute and wanted to put them on her. I love seeing his gentleman side.

Next we went to Cold Stone!

This is where we were trying to explain the age thing, and that it's all a state of mind, they were already so confused- and then my mom switched her candles from 32 to 23- we had completely lost them at that point! (I've always LOVED having a young mom!)

We finished off the celebration with a 3 generation daughter photo! I vividly remember doin this with my mom and grandma (we even have some with my great grandma). I'm so glad Hannah gets to experience the same fun!

Happy 32nd Birthday mom! I could never put into words how much I love you and how thankful I am that you are MY mom! I wouldn't be half the woman I am today without the infinite amount of things you have taught me- and the millions of ways you have how me unconditional love! I love you!
