Hey! It's May!

May has been a crazy month! Full of sickness, birthday, out of town, and normal life! So, fair warning that there's loads of pictures, and they're in backwards order....

So, we'll start at the end, and and end at the beginning!

My sweet baby is getting so big (in every way!) He now eats a full bowl of baby cereal, and full jar of baby food... TWICE a day. (It's helped his mood tremendously, you would have thought I was starving him to death... obviously. Since he's a full 20 pounds now!) He's usually so relieved to get something more than milk, that he looks like this...

Over Labor Day Weekend we really wanted to do something fun for the kids. But seeing how the weather's been crazy (it's been raining almost every day) we decided to take them to the movie, for the first time. We went to see "How to Train Your Dragon". They were SOO excited, Cameron kept telling Owen, "And there's a big big TV and LOTS and LOTS of popcorn and candy." I don't think it was up to their expectations, because five minutes in Cameron yelled, "I want to go home mom!" and Owen had eaten all the candy, and Zach was crying cause he couldn't fall asleep. I think next time we'll just get a pay per view at home!

Zach is at such a fun age. He loves to chew on everything, and he always has his hands and feet with him! He's such a big baby, but has been practicing and stretching so that he can finally reach his toes to his mouth. This is one of his very favorite activities!

And man he thinks the baby in the mirror is so handsome.

So for Trev's birthday we headed up the canyon for the day. Cameron has been asking to put the marshmallows in the fire for months and months. It was all he expected. He was in heaven! (A very sticky, dirty heaven!)

Trev's brother and family came with us, and my smart sister in law thought of having the kids pretend the big rocks were castles. This is one of her boys- twins (sorry I can't tell which unless I can see their faces strait on) pretending to be the dragon sleeping in the castle.

And the other (I think Dan) at the top of the castle!

The famous picture of the baby asleep in the backpack. I now have one of all three of them!

It's amazing how long boys can throw rocks in the water!

The three musketeers and I :)

So I'm not sure how this started, but the kids decided they needed to carry this log somewhere. Once they walked a few feet they realized they didn't have a plan, dropped it, and continued running in the dirt. But it made a darn cute picture! From the back is Ethan, Dan, Cameron, Russ, Lydia, and Owen. It's so fun for the kids to have cousins!

Trev always makes fun of me.... you would have thought we were going on a week long vacation!

I love celebrating birthdays. So, even for breakfast we had to sing!

The boys were so excited to give Daddy his presents they colored on the wrapping paper and picked the bows. (They were two tie shirt combos for work)

My chubby boy... after those toes again!

He's got so many helpers to blow out his candles!

We love outside... so we've already had at least 5 impromptu BBQ's. They always turn out with plenty to eat!

Our little town has a yearly celebration, complete with a parade down main street. It's a huge hit because everybody in the parade throws candy at us!

I seriously haven't seen Cameron as happy as he was during the parade. He loves seeing the horses, tractors, floats, and 'princesses'. He's so good at saying hi to each float and saying thank you when they throw candy at him. My sweet little man.

I try to always get at least one picture of us, just to prove we were there too!

Waiting for the parade to start. Armed with bags to fill with candy!

During the day they have booths and events to see. The favorite? Running up and down the bleachers... at least it was free!

They look so little climbing up this slide. They didn't seem to be in the least bit intimidated!

They did love this 'train' ride!

So excited to go!

He's happy watching from the side lines (aka his stroller!)

For the town celebration, they had a movie in the park. Trev got hired to do all of the sound for the bands and then the movie. This is towards the end...

It had rained like crazy on us, and all of us were sick. Owen has unknown pnemonia, and was not feeling so hot... Zach unknown bronchitus and double ear infection... and Cam ear infection... I think their faces shows how great we were feeling by then...

It had started off good.

And it was exciting to support Trevor and help him in his first attempt to get some publicity as an insurance agent here in town.

They say to not give babies too many new foods at once and what not... Daddy's always break that rule!

My awesome little brother was in his High School Play. He was AMAZING. I don't know how you remember all those Shakespeare lines that I don't even understand the meaning of. You're amazing bud! (Love you!)

Here he is with his friend Caroline (who also did an amazing job)!

My little bro

I'm so lucky I get to celebrate mother's day with three amazing kids, and the sweetest husband ever. A young woman brought this to my door one day. I was so confused, I hadn't ordered or paid for such a thing... but my Trev had!

Third reason I'm a lucky mom!

And reasons number one and two...

Trev is so creative, and had the boys give me these pictures for mothers day! I LOVE THEM!

Owen seriously can't get enough of Zach. (Even against my will) he is always playing with him. I always think Zach looks just like Cameron, but this picture definitely proves that's not the only one he looks like!

My mother's day morning. Complete with the perfect breakfast in bed (strawberry crepes and orange slices) and three boys who want me to share with them!

So the whole first week of May Trevor spent in Texas doing some work training. He is a smart man and knows what souvenirs I really want him to bring back...

It's so cute to see how much he missed Zach.

We kept busy while he was gone... I was getting ready and the boys were playing with Zach. I told them they could show him his baby toys. When I came in I realized they wanted to show him ALL of his baby toys. (And they couldn't get in trouble, cause the one thing I told them was to not put them on his face... I guess next time I'll have to say his whole body!)

Before we all got sick, we were doing so good walking every morning. I was even losing about a pound a week (due to pushing and carrying about 100 pounds worth of kids)

Zach has to sleep like this...

I hope May treated you well, and that June treats you even better!

I don't even know how to respond since it was a whole month's worth of updates but I LOVED it. So cute that they loaded Zach up with toys except his face, the mother's day pictures were so super cute (I may even have to borrow that idea one day :) ) I can't believe all your kids had those horrible sickness, and all at once. You guys must be super parents!!! I can't wait to see what fun adventures June brings for you guys!
